The story of our retreat center in Brazil started from the love of nature and positivity emerged in this specific location in the Cacao Coast of South Bahia. From an early age, Regina the owner visited this area with her family and knew that this was a special place to nourish the soul and integrate all the senses. With this in mind, as a grown up she acquired a piece of land and realized her dream of creating a place to provide healthy local food and wellness therapies that promote vitality and relaxation.

The location, in between the Atlantic Forest or how it is known in Brazil “Mata Atlantica”, with its endless wellbeing benefits of being around vegetation and the immediate connection with the Atlantic Ocean and its negative ions, provides the perfect combination for a nutritious space to promote wellness. Combined with a sophisticated Brazilian architecture that blends the interiors with nature in a seamless manner and an ideal infrastructure to impart Yoga and wellness in a very peaceful environment, this is one of those few natural dreamed locations to feel, love and become part of nature.

Our beautiful Yoga retreat center for hire in Brazil is nestled between the Atlantic forest of the Cacao Coast of South Bahia in Brazil and the Atlantic Ocean. The Atlantic forest is a UNESCO world heritage area that ranks among the top five biodiversity hotspots in the world. As our jewel retreat center in Brazil, we believe this is the perfect spot to connect with nature absorbing all its goodness and energy, but also the place to understand how important this part of the planet is to all humanity.

7:00 am - Meditation on the beach

7:40 am - Juices, Hot Water and Lemon, Tea and Coffee

8:30 am - Energizing morning Yoga in the Studio

10:00 am - Special brunch

11:00 am - Free time to enjoy the walks and explore the Atlantic Forest, chill in one of the hammocks or have a nourishing massage. 

4:00 pm –Juices, Tea and Coffee

4:30 pm - Restorative Yoga in the Studio

5:30 pm - Sunset Walking Meditation on the beach

6:30 pm - Dinner

8:00 pm - Beach bonfire
